Duggans operates one of the only onsite concrete batch plants in the Huon Valley, producing quality premixed concrete for builders, concreters, developers and owner-builders across Southern Tasmania.
We supply and pour directly to your job site. Our concrete trucks pull up and discharge into your formwork, in big or small quantities, tailored to your specific mix requirements. Whether you are a concreter ordering for a residential slab, a builder needing a commercial pour, or an owner-builder with your own concreter on site, Duggans delivers the concrete you need when you need it.
We do not do the formwork, laying or finishing. We supply and pour. Bring your concreter and your formwork, and we will deliver the rest.

Q: Do Duggans do the formwork and finishing as well as the concrete supply?
A: No. Duggans supply and pour the premix concrete directly to your job site. You will need your own concreter to handle the formwork, laying and finishing. If you need a local concreter, call us and we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Q: What areas do you deliver concrete to?
A: Southern Tasmania, including Huonville, Kingborough, the Channel area, Margate, Geeveston, the Huon Valley and surrounding regions.
Q: What concrete mixes do you offer?
A: General purpose, micro fibre, fluid mortar, rapid setting, architectural and decorative, and no-fines mixes. Our batchplant team will support you on the right mix for your application.
Q: How much concrete do I need for my slab?
A: As a general guide, a standard 100mm thick slab requires 0.1 cubic metres per square metre. Multiply length by width by 0.1 for the volume in cubic metres. Then, add 5% to 10% extra to account for uneven ground or spillage. Your concreter will generally calculate and order your concrete.
